木瓜炖奶酪

　　在寺院做义工，首先要有一个清净的，恭敬，维护三宝的清净，爱惜物，深信，护念自己和他人的身口意三业，注意个人形象，举止大方，谈吐有致，凡事尽心尽责，不可敷衍了事，勤奋好学，善于提升自己各方面的综合能力，历境炼心，广结善缘。

　　To be a volunteer in a temple, one must first have a peaceful heart to make a wish, respect the Triple Gem, safeguard the peaceful solemnity of the Triple Gem, cherish the  things of monastery, firmly believe in cause and effect, protects for his or her own and others‘ karma of body, speech and mind, pay attention to personal image, behave generously, talk with good manners, be conscientious in all things, be not perfunctory, study diligently, be good at improving his or her comprehensive abilities in all aspects, experience the environment and refine the heart, and create good karma in Buddhism.
